Welcome to the Official DaleWood Farms LLC Website!

Friends, family, neighbors, and fellow dreamers—
It’s official. DaleWood Farms LLC is live online. This is more than a launch—it’s the next step in building the future we’ve been working toward for years.

From January 2025 to now—eight months in—it’s been a hell of a year on the farm. We’ve had successes that make us proud, lessons that made us stronger, and big visions that are turning into reality.

Our Mission & Vision

We’ve stayed committed to doing farming the right way—purpose-driven, pasture-raised, and rooted in faith, family, and community. Our mission is to raise healthy, well-cared-for animals, grow the land in a regenerative way, and provide food we’re proud to put on our own table and share with yours. The vision is bigger than just pork or produce—it’s about legacy, freedom, and building something that lasts for our kids and the community.

Highlights Since the Start of 2025

  • Livestock Expansion – We’ve grown our herds and flocks, adding new Black Beauty gilts, Kiko goats, and expanding our KuneKune breeding program. Piglets have hit the ground, and our rotational grazing system is in full swing.
  • Sustainable Practices in Action – Pasture rotations for pigs, goats, and chickens are improving soil health, reducing waste, and growing stronger forage.
  • Infrastructure Upgrades – We built new pens, added an indoor chicken coop in the barn, and constructed a 10×10 walk-in freezer to handle larger-scale processing and storage.
  • Breeding Experiments – We’ve been working with crossbreeding genetics—pairing KuneKunes with Black Beauties—to produce calm, hardy pigs with unique traits.
  • Homestead Improvements – More fencing, better water systems, and ongoing work toward self-sufficiency.
  • Community & Collaboration – Building relationships with local farmers, offering event space partnerships, and continuing to share our journey on social media.

The Wins & The Lessons

We’ve celebrated healthy litters, strong pasture recovery, and steady growth in our meat program. We’ve also faced our share of setbacks—delayed farrowings, unpredictable weather, and equipment challenges—but each one has sharpened our skills and deepened our resolve. Out here, failure is just another word for “lesson learned.”

What’s Next

Looking ahead, we’re focused on:

  • Launching our meat subscription service
  • Expanding event hosting at the farm
  • Increasing production while keeping our pasture-raised, purpose-driven standards
  • Planting more perennials and pollinator-friendly flowers
  • Continuing to tell the real, unfiltered story of farm life—successes and struggles alike

This website is the hub for it all—updates, photos, ordering information, and a look into the daily life at DaleWood Farms. Whether you’ve been following us from the start or just found us, welcome.

It’s been one wild ride, and we’re only getting started.

From our pasture to your plate,
– Brian & the DaleWood Farms Family
